This 86-track digital audio CD contains all of the fixed and sweeping tones you will ever need to find rattles and vibrations in your speaker installations. Once identified, you can minimise or totally remove these annoying problems and thus optimise your sound systems in their environment.
Plays in any CD or DVD player.

Linear sweeping sine wave tones: 20Hz - 400Hz, 20Hz - 100Hz (2Hz steps) & 100Hz - 400Hz (10Hz steps).
Fixed frequency reference tones: 16 - 56: 20Hz to 100Hz, 2Hz steps.
Fixed frequency reference tones: 56 - 86: 100Hz to 400Hz, 10Hz steps.
Start off with the full frequency sweep (track 01) to get an idea of how many vibrations your system has and at what approximate frequencies they are occurring at. Use tracks 02 15 to narrow down your search. Finally, use the reference tones (tracks 16 86) to generate those annoying vibrations. Once they are found you can regenerate them to fix the problem. Remember to set the CD/DVD player to repeat the track over and over if you require more time.
All waveforms are sine unless otherwise stated
Remember that most of these test programs run at maximum audio output, so make sure to turn the amplifier volume down low to start off with, otherwise damage may occur to your hardware.
