This is a Red Hook With G43 on it which I think is a weight rating.
Also has 3/4" which is the thickness of the hook at the eye.
Has MO 1 or M0 1 meaning unknown to me.
The letters CM appear on the U.S.A. side up near the eye might mean the brand and possibly Columbus McKinnon.
About 9" in length 6-3/8" in width. eye hole is 1-3/8" I.D.
Weighs 6.41 lbs. and has U.S.A. on the other side.
