"The AMETEK comparators are ideal secondary standards for pressure measurement. These comparator test sets consist of a hydraulic hand pump on a pan as the pressure source, a test manifold, and a set of four "AMATEK US GAUGE" 4.5-inch test gauges.
Pressure comparators are used as secondary pressure standards. They allow you to accurately and rapidly test pressure instrumentation by comparing the instrument on a pressurized test mnaifold with test gauges of know accurancy and pressure span. Model T comparators feature hand-operated pumps with a manual dual volume control valve. The control valve delivers high volume to rapidly build pressure, and low volume for easy pumping and a gradual approach to the calibration point. The instrument features a test manifold with vernier for controlling pump pressure."
Included in the kit box is 1 pump, four gauges of varying pressures, hand tools, and a T manifold which connects the pump to the test gauge and the gauge to be tested for accuracy. All stainless steel fittings and ends.
Four MANSFIELD & GREEN test guages. Each has several calibrations stickers with the newest being 1991.
