This is a 2 tape speed, voice activated recorder with a fine appearance and could pass for new. I have tested this recorder in all modes, voice activated and regular finding that it performed perfectly. It has a manual tape counter, built in mic, adjustable volume activation, full function including rewind and jacks for earphone, external mic and a DC power adapter.
