This is a National Instruments PCI-4060 5 1/2 Digit Digital Multimeter card which plugs into a PCI slot on a desktop computer. I am retired and have no use for it now.
AC and DC Voltage ranges are 0-20mV to 0-200V. Current inputs are 0-20mA and 0-200mA (AC and DC). It also measures 2 wire resistance. The software drivers are included. No cables are included.
