Used 48" (1.21m) Egan turret unwind. Good for approximately 50" diameter rolls. Designed for speed up to 2500 fpm with auto-splice. Suitable for use in paper converting or printing plants. 48" Egan splicer unit with dancer roll designed for use above the turret unwind. With regenerative braking and speed match through use of a belt type accelerator. Dancer roll tension control unit is air-cylinder-cushioned. Control panel includes solid state controls for all funtions with Nematron video display operator interface.
