Microchip explorer 16 prototype extension board

Now you can easily put together a quick breadboard with your Microchip Explorer 16 development board. The PTB2 breadboard expander gives you 400 tie points on a 2.1 X 3.25 solder less breadboard area with four separate power or ground strips. Three separate jumper locations bring out all the various power distribution points from the Explorer 16 including jumper access to the entire Pictail I/O points. The PTB2 also has the footprints to install a secondary RS232 Comm port (Routed to the secondary UART on the Explorer Board) along with a voltage inverter to supply -5V for those projects that require a negative voltage rail.
