The Winmax Win8696 is an auto-range 8,000/80,000 count digital multimeter with high accuracy and resolution. It can measure AC/DC current and voltage up to 1000 volts and 10 amps. You can also use it to measure a variety of parameters such as capacitance, resistance, duty cycle, diode test and even temperature.
This meter is packed with many nice features such as a built-in quartz clock, dual display, which can show you the calculation result with pre-set parameters on the 2ndary display. It even comes with a speaker that can read the measurement value for you through the optical RS232 port.
This meter comes with a RS232C port and compatible software, so you can easily hook it up with a computer to display, record and plot your measurement on your computer. It graphic software has a unique dynamic scale so even a tiny variation will be reflected on the computer.
