This is a very very nice, Werner 12' aluminum stepladder, 375lb rated heavy duty, made by Werner, the best in ladders.
These were purchased in a lot of ladders that I obtained from a closed store. They have never used, but since they sat in a warehouse for a while, there is dust on them and of course a few loading scratches due to the several moves, but since my prices are way less than the typical ladder sellers, I hope that you can live with some minor dust - which you are bound to get in a week of use anyway.
Typically, this sells for around $300 new. This is a contractor grade serious ladder, 375lb rated, not some flimsy home center model that resembles a beer can.
