ON OFFER, surplus to an office refurbishment, is a new and boxed recessed luminaire by European lighting company ETAP, with low-loss diffuser, two 28W fluorescent T5 16mm lamps and electronic ballast (64W consumption).
The fitting is equipped with holographically produced MesoOptics, which means the diffuser absorbs only 5% of the tube's light as opposed to 40% for a typical luminaire (claim the makers).
Overall dimensions are 1196 x 296 x 93mm, the recess size being approx 1175 x 275mm.
List price was 750, the luminaire is similar to the ETAP catalogue part UM101/228T0 (actually UM101/228HFWWT0), and offered at a tiny fraction of the original price.
