The AMB-4D is a portable Megohmeter measuring up to 2000 Megohms. It is battery-powered and weighs less than one pound. The AMB-4D has a large 3.5 digit LCD display with ranges of 200 Ohm, 200 Megohm, and 2000 Megohm. Dielectric test voltages are 250 and 500 volt on the 200 Megohm range and 1000 volt on the 2000 Megohm range. A 200 ohm range provides continuity checks at 3 volts. The AMB-4D can make automated dielectric absorption measurements of 30 seconds and 60 seconds with data hold or can be used to make manual measurements.
