Tranquilli Formi KTS 80 Wood Fired Brick Oven
This oven was made in Italy and is in outstanding condition. The ventilation system allow the homogeneous baking of great quantities of food. It is ideal for big places like restaurants, pizzerias, and others. If it can be baked, it can go in this oven. Bakery goods to turkeys can be and have been placed into this oven for a unique experience.
This oven is currently mounted on a roller platform which adds about 9-inches in height for easy moving about and can be removed. The unit itself has a set of its own roller wheels and has extension arms to move it around (see photos).

Wood storage is at the bottom of the unit.
Unit has been converted to US power. Two switches are shown but there is NO Blower in the oven. The only useable switch is for the interior oven lights.
Note: the temperature gauge is Celsius and the timer is mechanical.
